Kendrick is a corporate finance professional with extensive experience in delivering complex financial and strategic engagements. He began his career at Ernst & Young before joining Cenergi SEA Sdn Bhd, where he served as Head of Corporate Finance from 2017 to 2020.

His experience includes leading business and intangible asset valuations, developing complex financial models for strategic and operational decision-making, and structuring project and portfolio financing. He has been involved in private equity divestments, turnaround and restructuring engagements, and advisory work for government and infrastructure-related projects.

His engagements include delivering financial models to a Judicial Manager for businesses in manufacturing, property development, and biomass power, as well as developing a distribution scheme model for a group of companies under liquidation. He has also supported a government agency in relation to a Request for Information (RFI) for a high-speed rail project, and was engaged to run the Programme Management Unit for the implementation of Malaysia’s Bioeconomy Transformation Programme (BTP), including providing value management and financial valuation services for a property development company.

Notable transactions include the successful divestment of private equity investments with returns of 1.7x, and the structuring and securing of a RM100 million debt facility for a portfolio of biogas projects.
